About us
Who we are
Our building block is post-consumer plastic waste. Our aim is to remove it and prevent it from polluting the natural environment, with all the known harms that it can cause.
Instead, we see this waste as a building block of value. We have identified and are ourselves developing the technology and methodology that will remove plastics from landfill and the incinerator fuel market.
For these reasons we have decided to brand our current activity as Upcycled Plastics and have focussed on a number of markets.
Currently, Spanish Fisherman bring back to shore plastic, which is sorted and pelletised and then upcycled into yarn for weaving into textile. We intend to bring this fishing collection to the UK in due course.
The upcycled textile is then sent to Upcycled Plastics in the United Kingdom to be manufactured into products. Research informs us that with respect to plastic that can be used to textile manufacture, there should be no need to make any new plastic for the next 40 years, with an exponential benefit to climate change as result of using our textiles.
We prioritize SEAQUAL® YARN, a sustainable choice derived from upcycled marine plastic, aligning with our commitment to environmental responsibility and innovation.
We operate as both a fabric converter and fabric wholesaler, facilitating the transformation and distribution of textiles to meet diverse industry needs.
